Right click on wifi adapter - uninstall. restart the computer. Try windows + r - on run type ncpa.cpl. It might show you bluetooth, ethernet , wifi not connected. Right click on wifi - connect. It will show you the list of wireless network. chose the wifi you use. click on connnect automatically - click on connect.
